Who we are
InfoGleam (https://infogleam.com) is run by Hisham Alrashdan, an independent healthcare IT engineer based in Irbid, Jordan. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean InfoGleam.

What data we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), subject, and message.
- Emails you send to us.
- Orders and invoices: if you buy a service or product, we keep your name, company, billing address, email, phone number, and order details. We do not store card numbers on this website.
- Comments: if you leave a comment, we store your name, email address, comment, IP address, and browser details. This helps us detect spam.
- Server logs: our web server records your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the time. We use these logs only for security and to fix errors. They are deleted after about 14 days.
How we use your data

- To keep this website safe and working
- To meet legal and tax duties
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.
Legal basis
Where laws such as the EU GDPR apply, we use your data because you asked us to (for example, when you send a message), because we need it for a contract with you, because the law requires it, or because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.
Patient and health data
Please do not send patient data or other health information through this website or by normal email.
When we work on a client’s systems, patient data stays on those systems. We access it only when needed, only with the client’s permission, and we follow HIPAA-style privacy practices. We do not copy patient data to our own devices.
Who we share data with
We share data only when needed to run our business:
- the company that runs the server for this website
- our email provider, to send and receive emails
- freelance platforms, such as Upwork or Mostaql, when we work through them, and your bank, when you pay by bank transfer
We do not share your data with anyone else, unless the law requires it.
Cookies
This website uses a small number of cookies:
- Login cookies for site administrators.
- Comment cookies, if you choose to save your name and email for your next comment.
- Shop cookies, only when our online shop is active, to keep your cart and order working.
Analytics: we use Koko Analytics, a privacy-friendly statistics tool that runs on our own server. On this site it does not use cookies, does not collect personal information, and does not share data with any other company. It only counts page views and the websites that sent visitors here.
Embedded content from other websites
Some pages may include content from other websites, such as videos or GitHub links. Those websites may collect data about you under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep data
- Contact messages: as long as needed to answer you, and no longer than 24 months unless you become a client.
- Orders and invoices: as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Comments: until the comment is removed.
- Server logs: about 14 days.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you. You can also object to how we use it. Email info@infogleam.com. We reply within 30 days.
How we protect your data
This website uses HTTPS encryption. We keep the software up to date, limit who can log in, and protect the login page against password guessing.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
