Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2, 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to the services and digital products of InfoGleam. InfoGleam is run by Hisham Alrashdan in Irbid, Jordan. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean InfoGleam, and “you” means the client.

When you accept a quote, place an order, or use our services, you agree to these terms. If you have a signed agreement or an accepted quote with us, it takes priority over these general terms.

2. Quotes

  • Each quote lists the scope, price, timeline, and what we need from you.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days.
  • Work outside the agreed scope needs a new quote or your written approval.

3. Payment

  • Prices are in US dollars, unless the quote says otherwise.
  • You can pay through a trusted freelance platform, such as Upwork or Mostaql, or by bank transfer for direct contracts. When we work through a platform, that platform’s payment and dispute rules also apply.
  • For fixed-price projects we usually ask for a deposit before work starts. The rest is due on delivery or at agreed milestones.
  • For direct contracts, invoices are due within 14 days, unless agreed otherwise.
  • Monthly support plans are billed each month in advance. Unused hours do not carry over to the next month.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled per agreement, as written in your quote or project agreement. If we cannot deliver what we agreed, we will fix the problem or refund the payment for the part we did not deliver.

5. Your part

  • Give us the access, information, and test data we need, on time.
  • Make sure you have the right to share any data you give us.
  • Keep your own backups and licenses for third-party software.
  • Review our work and tell us about problems quickly.

6. Confidentiality and patient data

We keep your business information confidential. Patient data stays on your systems. We access it only when needed and with your permission, and we follow HIPAA-style privacy practices. If you need a data protection agreement, we can discuss and sign one.

7. Ownership

After full payment, you own the custom work we create for you, such as code, reports, and documents. Open-source parts keep their own licenses. We may reuse our general knowledge, tools, and methods in other projects.

8. Third-party and open-source software

Many of our solutions use software made by others, for example Mirth Connect, Open Integration Engine, or Open Dental. This software comes with its own license and terms. We are not the maker of these products, and we are not part of their companies.

9. Warranty

We do our work with care and skill. If you report a defect in our own work within 30 days of delivery, we fix it at no extra cost. We cannot promise that any software will be completely free of errors.

10. Limit of liability

As far as the law allows:

  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service or product that caused the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, business interruption, or data that you could restore from your backups.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

11. Ending a project

You or we can end a project with written notice. You pay for the work done up to that date.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. We will first try to solve any dispute by talking in good faith. If that does not work, the courts of Jordan will decide.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Questions? Email info@infogleam.com.
